Shipping policy

Tracking numbers are always provided, please check your email on file. 

All orders will be sent to the address that is on file with your order, please make sure that your address is correct before completing your order. 

Shipping charges are for the cost of shipping and handling, which includes the cost of packaging, bubble wrap, labels, printer ink, postage, etc. 

 

Delivery Time Frame

Please allow 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS  for delivery based on the shipping option selected at checkout. 

Delivery Times may vary due to the current pandemic. 

Additional Policies:

Items marked as "delivered" by the USPS are considered delivered. If for some reason you do not receive your package when tracking shows delivered, you will need to contact your local post office to locate your package and or file a claim depending on the delivery method chosen at checkout. 

Any items that are marked as "undeliverable as addressed"  or "return to sender" will be subject to 20% restocking fee to be deducted from refund amount if applicable.
